"In the Minds of Men": a seminar on Men, Mental Health and Self Management

The purpose of the event was to give delegates a better understanding of the role that gender and masculinity has to play in how men relate and respond to mental health conditions.  The seminar focussed on how men access support for self management of mental health conditions, and the barriers that they sometimes face.
