
Men's Jogging Network
As part of our programme of work to support the MHFS 10K for Men 2008, Men's Health Forum Scotland and jogscotland are working in partnership to establish a network of jogging groups for men throughout Scotland.
NB: You don't have to take part in the 10K for Men to be a member of our jogging groups.
The jogscotland qualified jogleaders are well trained and capable of leading men of all abilities, whether you are a complete newcomer to exercise (or it's been a while!) or you are quite fit already - a complete beginner's schedule will start with 30 seconds walking, 30 seconds jogging, repeated. Most people are very pleasantly surprised at how quickly they improve.

Through our partnership with jogscotland we are happy to announce that we have some funded places available on the Jogleader training courses for those who would like to lead a men’s jogging group.
