This toolkit is aimed at trainers. It offers a series of practical exercises and tips on how to deliver training which explores the impact gender and masculinity have on self management of long term conditions for men. We advise trainers who don’t have a background in gender work who wish to use this toolkit to familiarise themselves with the content of the guidance document before planning out and delivering the exercises.
